The Photo Shopee Studios LLC is a 2,400 square foot versatile event space......the perfect affordable venue to host graduations,

anniversaries, homecoming, baby reveals, just for networking or pop up shops.......fundraisers, meetings, Holiday parties, birthday parties, family reunions, Intimate wedding & receptions, bachelorette parties, baby shower, and a whole lot more with the capacity to host up to 100 people comfortably.

   Monday- Thursday 

$150 a hour. 4 hour minimum

$600 for 6 hours (4 event hours plus 1 hour set up and 1 hour break down time) that includes tables and chairs with covers.

 

$1000 for a 10 hour rental. That includes tables and chairs with covers. 2 Throne chairs, and digital dj, and up lighting  

$100 each additional hour

Friday-Saturday-Sunday

 $165 a hour. 4 hour minimum

Saturday 7 hour blocks only

$1000 for 7 hours (4 event hours plus 1.5 hour set up and 1.5 hour break down time) that includes tables and chairs with covers.

 

$1500 for a 10 hour rental. That includes tables and chairs with covers. 2 Throne chairs, and digital dj  

$100 each additional hour

All events must have security or law enforcement

 Liability Insurance Required 

 

Events must have cleanup complete and all vendors off-site by the end of your rental time

Deposit is $250 (non-refundable)

Cleanup fee is $200 (returned after cleaning at the end of event)
